Made of folded dot fabric that has stiffening in behind it in the form of net they will defy gravity and hold that shape when on. To balance those bold shoulders the waist nips in sharply and that is further accentuated by the seaming. The hips flare ou from there even more then the photos portray if you lay the top flat and flip up on side of that lower area you see that a true circle is created! Amazing and bold and I love it.
